•  Varna Palace of Culture and Sports - open to visitors in 1968

•  One of the biggest cultural institutes in the city – the Festival and Congress Center. The complex is a center of Bulgarian and international cultural events, congresses and symposia. Open to visitors of 16th June 1986

•  To the Sea Garden is the Astronomic Observatory and Planetarium "Nikolay Kopernic". Built in 1962

•  The Delphinium, built in 1984, is one of the symbols of Varna.
